How do we work ?

While we scout the Canadian and American markets, we are currently focusing on properties located in the GTA and fast growing areas in Ontario (Brantford, Hamilton, Niagara/St-Catharines, etc.) and leveraging the following strategies:

  • Buy, Fix and Sell :  This is mainly a short term strategy suitable for investors looking for a quick return thanks to smart renovations
  • Buy, Fix and Hold : This is mainly a long term strategy for investors looking for a quick active appreciation through smart renovations combined with monthly cashflows
  • Turnkey : This is also a long term strategy and is most suitable for investors looking for properties that provide high monthly cashflows. We would recommend multi-family properties instead of single-family properties to maximize the cashflows
  • Bring the cash required for the down payment, closing costs and renovation costs (JV or private lending)
  • Hold the mortgage when applicable

  • Finds and secures the properties
